The owners run a colourful harbour-side cottage in Tenby: steep stairs, a compact kitchen, sleeping rooms across three levels. Guests usually stay two to four nights and arrive after dark in peak season.
We walked the let as a first-time guest would, then wrote a suitable and sufficient assessment covering layout, detection, means of escape, and short-stay use. Priorities were sized for Friday changeovers, with notes their local cleaner could follow without a phone call.
